We are pleased to announce that Hanni Rosenzweig & Co. has joined forces with Ivtsan, Netzer, Wolecki & Co., a leading, full-service commercial law firm in Israel, to create a broader base through which to serve you. The partners at Ivtsan, Netzer, Wolecki & Co., founded in 1995, include Israel’s former Chief of Police, Mr. Arieh Ivtsan. The firm has substantial experience in representing the business interests of foreign companies in Israel, and representing major local enterprises and industrial companies both at home and abroad.

Mr. Amir Ivtsan has a diverse practice, focusing on Commercial Litigation and Business Transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, banking, venture capital, securities law and general corporate law – primarily for the high tech industries. He also handles public tenders and liquidations, and advises large local and multinational corporations as well as emerging growth companies.

Mr. Ivtsan graduated from Tel-Aviv University in 1989 with an LLB, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1990. Amir is a retired lieutenant colonel of the Israel Defense Forces where he served as a combat fighter pilot and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

Mr. Chagay Netzer specializes in Commercial Transactions and IP Litigation, with an expertise in anti-piracy proceedings, seizures and Anton Pillar orders. He graduated from ­­­­­­­­­­­­Tel Aviv University with an LLB in 1988 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1989.

Chagay counts among his clients large media corporations dealing in merchandizing, as well as artists and designers and is fluent in Hebrew, English, and German.

Mr. Eli Wolecki heads the Real Estate department. His practice focuses on project development, planning and construction, combination deals, real estate-secured lending, land use, taxation, litigation and regulatory issues connected to private and municipal real estate.

Mr. Wolecki graduated from Tel Aviv University with an LLB in 1986 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1988. Mr. Wolecki counts among his clients large building companies and municipalities.

Eli has in the past presided as chairperson of the Israeli Bar Planning and Construction Committee and represented the Israeli Bar Association in the Parliamentary Committee for planning regulations.
